Ricky Nelson.
Come on MM.
I cannot imagine anyone catching me listening to RN.
I get heck listening to the Beatles and my kids tell me the Beatles would not even make a top 100 song today.
They make fun of me for listening to the Bee Gees for goodness sake. Oldest asked me is that a man or a fruit singing Tragedy.
I will have to get RN on my pod and blast it tomorrow to see what reaction I get. |

That recording was Mastered durring the day inside a REAL Bank Vault,,,,
Back in the Day there was a Club in Chicago called "The Bank" because it was built inside an Old Bank, The DJ Booth was in the Old Banks Vault, That is Where Marshall Jefferson, JM Silk, Col Abrams, Ralphie Rosario, and MANY More Spun Records by Night,,,and Created HOUSE MUSIC by Day,,
The term "House Music" was actually intended to "Brand" the Bank with its Very own Sound, which it would offer to its customers, Much the Same way Restaurants offer "House Wines",,,Problem was that House Music became To Damm Big for the Bank, too Big for Chicago, Too Big even for the USA,,
By the way today "The Bank" is now called "The Bedford",,and it still a Club/Restaurant, Just VERY Upscale Nowadays,,, The Bedford – Wicker Park Chicago |

| Sandy D | 04-07-2013 11:10 PM | What is your favorite decade of music.
Mine - 1980's for sure.
Dont think we will ever have the talent, voices, bands, changes etc we had in the 1980s ever again. |
| Sandy D | 04-07-2013 11:14 PM | |
| Sandy D | 04-07-2013 11:25 PM | 1980s songs mix. Some I dont like but many I do in this mix.
Dan Fogelberg--- amazing talent lost way too early. |

| Sandy D | 04-08-2013 01:18 AM | My older siblings loved the Bee Gees so I grew up listening to them a lot.
Still like them today.
I would put them in my legend groups.
I hear younger kids even today playing their songs. |

Cool Gb.
American Idol had a Beatles week and they destroyed their great music. |
| GreenBean | 04-08-2013 05:57 AM | That does not surprise me.
Rare day for me to watch recorded music these days.
Dramatic license taken with arrangements etc is shocking.

Went to see Fleetwood Mac in the mid 80s as a teen and never forgot how crisp sounding the were. Like magic.
