Just a few. I am not going to make you a huge list and you can find that yourself easily.

Many Americans in every aspect expected to win gold are not and many who we thought would not win a medal are.

The uniforms issue with the USA team was a major distraction.

The bathroom incident.

Hotels that were not ready for people to actually live in.

Lots of odd things have happened this time. Lots more then normal or we never heard about.

Just to help you out if you have a twitter account hit up Sochi problems to get filled in.

Many consider these games a disaster or a fiasco.

Judges who were blamed for conspiring to make sure Russia wins a gold in figure skating.

Teams not given plain directions on how to get to and from places with no one to help them that spoke English or other languages needed.

Goes on and on.

Well the toilet paper issue is not a biggie, that is common in many places in the world including where I currently live. The sewage systems in many cities are 100's of years old and were not designed for such overload. I don't put brown paper in the bin, but everything else I do :o

this makes me laugh, usa/europe/uk they got their own probs, all of a sudden they forget them when russia is not 5 star standard...stop telling them what their beliefs should be, how about that too, they want a more conservative society, who said your morals are better? nowhere is perfect, but unless you are perfect then do not critic.
