Nope... you need a lot of money per juice and when I mean per juice I mean this:
Strawberry and kiwi 3mg cost £8,500 to be tested, submitted, approved and had to wait 6 months before I can sell it.
Strawberry and kiwi 6mg cost £9,400 to be tested, submitted, approved again takes 6 months to be approved to sell.
Each product line is a killer...
There is a lot of sellers making there own Eliquid without the correct testing and ECID numbers. Trading standards are hitting retailers hard if they don’t have the correct certificates.
The only reason I can afford this because I was already in the vape business before the TPD law came into effect and I am the manufacture and wholesaler to 350 shops around the uk.
I welcome competition... wouldn’t in the slightest effect my sales. I own the rights to 7 very unique flavours.
One thing I don’t like is the TPD LAW it’s putting small vape shops and small ejuice makers out of business, because of the costs for testing and submitting.
Plus for every Eliquid juice line we own, we have to pay a yearly fee.
Strawberry 3mg yearly fee.
Strawberry 6mg yearly fee
Strawberry 9mg yearly fee
And so on... just a way of taxing vape!! It’s £60 a year per flavour per mg
200 flavours each having 3mg, 6mg, 9mg, 12mg, 18mg adds up to £ 48,000 a year in just renewal fees.
