Well I just made another account. I had to redo my ID verification at least 15+ times. After contacting support via chat they created a ticket and I think that agent did something because before I would just enter my details, and upload ID. After contacting them via the ticket, I had to add myself as 100% beneficial owner, which was not an option before.
I will now be using TikTok labels, and they're offering free shipping to customers as well so why not. Hopefully things go better this time around. I expect sales to increase a lot after October. |

Pretty sad but whatever. I had Mercari steal $2,500 from me last year. That is such an unethical policy, because these marketplaces nowadays literally run off algorithms. Therefore we base decisions that impact livelihoods of based off a bot that has no emotion, nor understand of context to events or situations. |

I had a customer leave a bad review without contacting me first. Where I haven't had many sales it absolutely killed my metrics and I'm unable to list new products for 30 days. |

Just like with any platform I think to be successful you need those items that you can flip for no profit just to dilute sales and increase feedback. TikTok customer service has no thought outside of their policy. Their customer service is the worst out of any marketplace I am aware of.
With that said, it is good money but I just cannot ever imagine operating my entire business around only TikTok. That would be insane. |

There's nothing I can really do. Had the customer contacted me I would of refunded or sent another item. Never understand why a customer leaves a neg without contacting a seller. If I'm not happy with a purchase I want it rectified. Quote:
