Default Will using New PC, Modem, Name/Address be enough to protect me?

So eBay and PayPal suspended me a while back, connecting me to family member and they will not allow me an account.

So I decided to use my in-laws account that was opened up in another state. If I use the same ISP, but open up a new account, and therefore receive a new modem; will using that account get it suspended? I would also be using a brand new computer as well, the only difference is the cable wire will be the same connecting to the wall.

Thanks everyone.

You don't need a new computer. You just need a new windows user account.
And you can probably have the IP address you get now changed. You can also use your wireless data as your IP solution.
Bottom line - youre missing a LOT of info. Spend a few dollars and get the stealth guide.
