Changing IP Address in USB Modem

Hello!

I want to make a stealth account and I am currently using 4G USB modem with a dynamic IP.
1) Do I need to change the IP address, if it is changing automatically after reconnecting?
2) My plan is to use an address in a different country in order to have higher selling and withdrawal limits, because I live in Latvia and my country is not PayPal/eBay verified. Would that work with the above mentioned modem?

You would really be better off with an IP address that is in the country you want your EB/PP to be in. Dial up or VPS would be better.

To change the IP address on a USB Modem you just unplug it and replug it in.

You will still need to track the IP address.

2) PP looks HEAVILY at IP for account creation and maintenance - if you try an address outside the country...your IP would not match.

Nope. The difference in location will cause major issues.

paypal will not like your plan of operation.
