Smarty Sim didnt change my IP address how comes?

so I made my account activated my sim and my ip address did not change for some reason does anyone know why?

How were you trying to change the IP address, if you were going into plane mode and coming back out, it does not always work, have you tried rebooting your phone.

smarty didn't give me a Fresh IP every time, so I switched to the actual 3 network

Smarty is using 3’s network and towers and obviously their dynamic IP addresses, the OP got it to work now so it’s a matter of application
