Where do I find router set up page? Have WiFi connection

Hi - Am going through the Stealth Book - having trouble finding router set up page? Where do I find it on my computer? Should point out that the connection I use (box etc) is downstairs and i use laptop upstairs - really sorry if this sounds dumb as I'm sure I should know where it is - I didnt set it up PC World did it for me!

Most routers use 192.168.1.1 to access the setup page.
