Default just bought a new router

I got the book, and yet one thing Im unclear about is whether or not I need to change the host name, or name address when connecting my new router.
I'm pretty sure just buying a whole new router should take care of everything concerning my ip no?

Thanks guys, sorry I am confused with this.

Of Course NOT, you need to check with your internet service provider to know whether you have a static/fixed IP or a dynamic IP, if you find its the first, then ask for a dynamic ip service to get your IPs changed automatically after each login.

wow, I am glad I asked. I thought this new router would just take care of it all.
See, forgive my ignorance, I am totally unaware of dynamic and static fixed.
Okay, great! I was confused because the guide says:
"you only need to change your IP address once and not every time you login to the same eBay and PayPal account. You only need to change
your IP address between different eBay and PayPal accounts to prevent linking."

I'm only using my new router for one account.

There is no problem willy.
If you are going to use this router only for one stealth account so its Ok.. you shouldn't try to access your old accounts(if any)

Thank you. And one last question you ROCK STARS, (God y'all are great) ...should I disable my iphone emails that are linked to my previous accounts? Somehow block paypal & ebay notifications in my email settings? I'm deathly afraid that I would be on this new wifi network here at home on my phone accidentally, and whoops, thereby open up an email on this phone, that is linked with that old account and henceforth totally spoil and tarnish this new connection.

^^ You will be using a different email address for your new paypal and ebay account.

Stop using your old email address completely is my advice.

Oh, well there are a few lingering sales on the old account. I just want to make sure everybody is taken care of. And to tie up those loose ends is all I am concerned about. I could care less about what I owe paypal. but I would never want to rip a person off. suspended account or not. Thats all.

Well, I was giving you advice on stealth.

Not how to deal with customers on a suspended account.

If you used the same device and IP for you suspended account and new stealth, that is not a good move.
