Yes, there completly seperate, they cannot see each others cookies.

I keep one of each open all the time when doing anything for either - they won't cause problems with the other. All the best.

Right, yeah, I originally did think this was the question but wasn't sure as it isn't worded the best it could be. Anyway as mentioned, eBay and Amazon are completely seperate companies.

Let's just say that they do not help each other in any way
