 Change IP address with cell phone
I read the ebook eBay Stealth and got a lot of helpful information. But I still have some questions.
I would like to open some new ebay and paypal account. The problem is how to change my ip address. I can use my cell phone with sprint to access internet with different ip address each time. However, I am not sure whether the ip address is within my local area. and also, since the ip address is ramdon, I am not sure whether it is ok. Any help from any one is highly appreciated. Thanks.
