VPN through private internet access

so i just heard few people say this is good so i bought one year membership to it and instantly it changed ip address and hid my location etc... but some other ip address check sites.. put me in texas and not seattle... whoa.. this will raise more of a flag.. so do i just resetting mac address and get new ip again?

or is this VPN site not good.. the service rep said something about ip addresses is being moved around or something like that... so ends up being all over the place despite me wanting it in "seattle" in there login program

anyone else have issues with this.. im sure ebay or etsy will see this

I use Private Internet Access for anything other than eBay. VPN's are too risky to use on eBay. You may be fine for awhile but you may get limited or suspended eventually. I use a mifi to access my eBay accounts.

It sounds like you are not on a dedicated/private IP address rather you're on a dynamic IP address shared with others (not good). You may want to clarify what you have.

VPNs are good for ebay/paypal but only when your not using a shared plan and using the right provider, otherwise you will likely get limited.
