Using Original Static IP Address

I would like to ask, when you create your first eBay account using another IP address, can you then use the original IP address that you were banned from eBay afterwards? I had a Static IP address that was used before I got banned from eBay. But now since I have created an eBay Stealth account, I thought maybe I can use that original IP address that I originally had when I got banned. Can you please give me more thoughts about this?

No of course not, that would link your accounts you should never use that ip again why risk your new accounts? Either change your modem's ip by resetting it or get a VPN/VPS
