Wireless Broadband IP Address Question

Once I move and reinvent myself on eBay (new everything [banks, computer, cc, address, auction templates, etc] [b]except my name[/i]) I will only have the one account to manage, so ...

Will having the same IP address and tracking cookie issues effect me as much [as someone who has many accounts to switch between]? Will it be less suspicious to Ebay if I just keep the IP and cookies the same?

The IP address issue may be moot: I plan on subscribing to wireless broadband for my laptop so I stay easily connected when I travel.

Has anyone experienced/know of problems using wireless broadband on eBay? (For ex, could I get a 'bad' IP when I restart or all the IP's unique to each subcriber?)

I have read the Stealth Book but this issue isn't addressed (and so far I've not seen it addressed on the forum).

I am using wirless and had no problemss so far.

If you only have 1 account it is not a problem so far i now. Just keep your cookies and everything on your laptop. I log in everyday with a different IP address and don`t have any problems with it. Only i shouldn't`t change your password and other personal information if your not on your regular IP address. That will be a reason for Ebay to block you, anyways don`t think you will get a lot`s of problems because the account is in your own name.

Wireless is fine. Your problems are less because it is one account.
As Freak said, do not make any changes when away ( from a different IP).
If you are overly worried, keep a log of your IPs. I do that as a safeguard in any case.

ring up your isp and ask for a Static IP address. but make sure you don't get this account suspended because changing isp is a pain in the a**
