Is it ok to just open up paypal accounts for "storage" without the hole verification with ebay. Like a cc verified buyers acc. Will the time that they sit be considered a "aged "account in ebays eyes? Then when I think it's time to start buying and selling to produce more feedback, would that be cool?

I hope it's ok if I continue this thread instead of starting new one. My quetion is is it ok to create more than one ebay
account with the same name, same IP, not the same day let's say a week later or is it just for 1 paypal acc 1 ebay account.
