So long as you keep them separate then yes that is totally fine

If your account is a stealth one it would be advisable to keep them separate, if your account is not stealth, I would not access it through the same browser, in fact I would creat another user in windows and do that.

Remember your account could be associated with the one you are an assistant on, if it gets suspended and yours would be in danger of that.

Keep the 2 apart.
