CCNow Closed or still a chance?

I recently got a notice from CCNow, a buyer tried to purchase an item from me but then his money got refunded and CCNow restricted my account.

They told me to read the user agreement and then send CCNow a letter about what happened. I can still log into CCNow, so does this mean my account is on hold for now or did they close it?

the amount was $25.00, and I found out today, they closed it because I'm not allowed to sell VERO. do you guys know any other merchant account out there that accepts paypal as a payment and if they're good?

That's weird. There are a few CCnow users in here that are successful selling VERO and make thousands.
