Can you get limited as a buyer?

Does PayPal have the tendency to limit buyers if they open their account to make big purchases right off the bat? For example, if I open a buyer account with fresh details simply for the purposes of paying suppliers invoices sent via PayPal (anywhere from $600 - $1800 per purchase, sometimes multiple times a week)
