Default Need a vets advice!!!

currently have an account limited with money in there

they are asking for ID, Utility Bill, Shipping, and Invoice

only problem is the product i am selling is not so liked by paypal (body building supplement)

I didn't put the item name as the description or title on the ebay listing.

If i submit the invoice to paypal will they check the invoice and compare it to the picture i uploaded on the ebay listing. The picture has what the product truly is, but my ebay listing has minimal information.

does paypal look at invoice and compare to pictures on ebay listing? or do they simply look at Invoice compare it to listing title and approve it?

Help would be appreciated.

Supplements are risky business by Paypal - and given that you have been asked for the laundry list of items...I wouldn't keep my hopes up for reinstatement - sorry to be blunt.

Best of luck in your submission though - never know, you could get lucky

Yeah, you need a new product.

I personally would move on from this account and just wait the 6 months for your money to be released. I don't think it would be worth spending money on docs when the items you're selling will be rejected either way. If eBay doesn't mess with your listings (meaning all your problems have been with Paypal), you can consider using a merchant account for payments. But I'm sure the application process would be next to impossible for the stuff you sell. It's a possibility though.

I know your not selling supplements for the 1st item....

You're going to have to be more sneaky than that if you are...

If you want a account that lasts, wait 90 days to sell anything they don't like. You need to be selling that 1st 90 days too. At least 4 or 5 items a month minimum. Then start out slow with 1 or 2 risky items a month. Then unload on em'.

Trial and error - experiment with the product sales if you want to keep them going. Definitely NOT first sales - build your account up.

Let me try a sample of this supplement and see if it's any good

You must be patient with sales.

It shouldn't be too hard to wait if you consider the fact they're going to hold any money you make for 6 months if you don't properly age your accounts.

It's beneficial to start yourself a new account at least a few times per year, so you always have some aging/selling.

How can you make 1K a week min with no PP account? You can't, not off ebay. I had to do it... It wasn't what I wanted to hear either. But it works. While your waiting you need to be making an army of accounts. 10 min, 1 a week. Once the 90 Days pass and a couple accounts hit 90, your good.

If your items only net you a few dollars per item then you need to look for another option anyway. You can only sell 200 items without a EIN or SS# per account.

My items net enough I could survive off only selling 2-4 items a week if I had to. (with my wife's help)

There are other ways of getting a new IP but there will be costs involved either way. It's just a part of doing business. Imagine yourself 1 year from now with 5 aged and isolated accounts all selling your stuff at a rate of $1k per week. That's the goal.

You can keep doing what you're doing. You mentioned VPN subscriptions putting you in the red, but you can potentially go a lot further in the red if you keep doing this same thing and having PP hold all your money for 6 months.

Sell on local channels (craigslist, facebook, flea market, etc.) until you have a strong enough Paypal account. Otherwise you'll keep losing accounts.

Yeah, that's pretty much how it works.

You want to make it look like your business is slowly growing from low-value, low-profit sales to higher-value, higher-profit sales. Because that's how most retail businesses grow. The name of the game is building up trust with Paypal before you start accepting risky payments which expose Paypal to financial liabilities.

They process hundreds of thousands of payments every day so they definitely don't manually review each payment. Just take a look at the guy selling Windows 10 who was mentioned in another thread.

You can pretty much fly under the radar once you have an aged selling account but there's always going to be potential for problems when selling things they don't like - and all of your accounts will almost certainly die eventually if you stay selling the same items. All it takes is one pissed off customer opening a chargeback or Paypal case and Paypal's attention will be brought to your account. They'll see the item the case was opened for and they'll look deeper into your other sales. That's why with super-risky stuff like this it's better to spread your sales across many accounts - so the cash doesn't stop flowing if one account gets in trouble.

i am thinking about buying an account from an approved seller on here that had a 90 day aged account and 25 transactions already on the paypal verified and all

Do you think this is a smart move why or why not???

its like 4 hundred dollars but it seems like it may be worth it if i can sell immediatly
