Asking to confirm card but card already confirmed?
Hi I was wondering if anyone had this problem, I created an account months ago it was all fine but then limited had to verify ID etc then confirm bank account or debit card. I confirmed my debit card when first opened the account so no option to confirm card again?

Hi no it expires 2021, I added another card and confirmed it hoping it would remove the limit but no joy. I'll have to try call them tomorrow or something, hopefully just a glitch in the system like you say.

generally happens when your account alerted their system.
In this case you will have to verifiy your card by submitting documents (like credit card report). But still there is high chance that your account gets limited after this. Just try and see. Good luck!

I called them up they said the easiest thing to do is add a bank account so not sure a way around this as I used a VCC, I have tried emailing them see they come back with a different option in email.
