Limited immediately after trying to withdraw

I've always waited for the 21 day hold to lift then immediately withdrew, usually about $400 or so, with no issues. Now all of a sudden I've had two accounts recently limited as soon as I tried to withdraw. But I've also had others in between that withdrew fine. I cannot figure what on earth is tripping the AI to limit, but it's annoying. What should I change?

we need more information to verify your identity

and then it just asks to upload photo id, nothing else.

Probably just luck of the draw, totally random.

I agree with james_112233. Probably just luck of the draw. All accounts from any country can be asked to prove ID at anytime
