paypal need "Provide proof of delivery"

however, sometime I send email to my buyer, sometime the warehouse ship to buyer from china(they use EMS).

I don't have the "Provide proof of delivery", so what can I do?

You can't do anything except ask the buyer to drop the claim when they receive the item or give them a refund right away. It bites but if your supplier can't or won't provide tracking information you don't have any other choices. I dropship hundreds of inexpensive items from china and I have the same problem. I just take it in stride. Ebay and Paypal want free shipping and delivery confirmation. If you can't do it, your dsr's suffer a bit and every once in a while you have to forfeit some cash.

Stop doing things that ebay do not like. They know if you are selling things and not shipping them (emailing them). Then once you get limited it's a dead end basically chasing your tail because you don't have what PayPal wants they already know.

Proof of delivery is quite easy in most cases..... use your head, you'll think of some way to prove you shipped SOMETHING.

If I refund these payment, and I don't need to provide any "Provide proof of delivery"

I can ask the buyer pay to another paypal, so it's a good idea?

EMS does provide proof of delivery. I am in Hong Kong and use EMS all the time. Contact your warehouse and demand the tracking info. My guess is they're just too lazy to get it. You must call EMS for the tracking number.

If you're selling from the USA, it's not a good idea to show your item originated in China.

I sell low dollar items dropshipped from china all the time. It's not a huge deal. I just make sure it is very clear in the listing and in the repeated emails that I send that their items will take x days to arrive, to expect it on x date and then follow up for feedback. It went well for years until I got a flu, didn't answer my emails for a week and the paranoid negatives snowballed.

I've been demanding ems tracking for a long time and haven't received any positive response at all.

Anyway, my point is all my labels have a hongkong return address and it never seemed to have an effect as long as I was in constant communication with my buyers.

I mean return address in china looks bad in the eyes of paypal and ebay. They don't like dropshippers very much. As you said, communication kills all objections with customers.

For example, stealth account in NC gets asked for tracking info. If you give them tracking that originates in Hong Kong, they'll know you didn't sell it from your house

oh, I see, I guess if you can't offer tracking, it's not a problem, lol.

I also changed all of my listings to represent Hong Kong as the item location. I thought it would affect my sales, but it really didn't have much of an impact.

I suggest just get a very cheap item (like a blank cd or even an empty packet) and "ship" it. You can then give them a tracking number showing them that an item was "shipped".

All they want is a tracking number to show that you have shipped something, they have no way of knowing what is inside the parcel

Simple solution
