So the company are demanding information but not giving you a place to enter the information.

I am sure the US and Aus has organizations that can deal with that just the same as the UK does, as it has to be breaking some form of business practice.

I would start contacting organizations with teeth, as it sounds like you are being screwed.

Just hope the company they are talking about is not going under and trying to screw as many people as they can before they do.

So i payed the fees and am expecting it to be useable again soon but im pretty sure the paypal i used with it will still be non useable. I am just gonna make a paymate account and link it with the ebay and use it as a normal buying/selling account
did ebay reinstate your account "as promised" when you paid your $48??

Well, I am going to provide with you some helpful tips: When your selling through Paypal don't go over $500... if you do then you have to show some business invoices / receipts. You may have to create a PDF invoice if you don't get any from your supplier. Paypal will accept it if it looks "Original"

Open up another Paypal account and follow my steps and you will be successful! Well with Paymate I do believe that they are honest it's just that they ran into problems with their payment processor. and they don't have the staff to handle emails nor phone calls. They need to hire more people. People don't want to be bothered with a company that doesn't have any kind of phone support. People want to be at ease and want their problem/issue to be resolved instantly. I am looking for Paymate to step it up and pay quicker get back to being the best paypal alternative out there. Paypal isn't good now Paymate doesn't look good either.

Good news, i got reject email with the new application signed, so in past couple days i have sent multi email to paymate to request refund these transcation to my buyers, so i can settle other way buyer pay me. This is the email i got from paymate:

Dear Merchant,

We apologize, the e-mail that was sent to you was sent by accident. At this point your account is awaiting for approval from our new payment processor. We have switched payment processors so you could get your funds in a shorter period of time.

As in regards to the refunds, 25810982395 has been reversed (as the transaction never went through). As in regards to the other three transactions 25810765338 , 25810664607 , 24710102502 - we'll be debiting your account for those to issue refunds. The funds that came in for those will be kept as a reserve for up to 6 months due to your activities with Paymate.

Thank you,
Paymate CS

Last sentence is really comfusing me and dont want to believe what it said."we'll be debiting your account for those to issue refunds. The funds that came in for those will be kept as a reserve for up to 6 months due to your activities with Paymate."

basiclly it mean they will debit my account which is believe my bank? because my account is always 0 since the status for these transaction from last money was paid but never deposit my bank, so i believe they take the money out of my bank to issue refund back to buyers? If it is then this is unsane, i never have the money, and now they take money out of my bank issue refunds?
And the last part is "The funds that came in for those will be kept as a reserve for up to 6 months due to your activities with Paymate." So they will keep the funds of these transactions in my account as reverse for up to 6 months due to my activities with paymate? what kind of bull *** answer is that, they did not use that funds (original creditcard from buyers to issue refund) but they keep them because i was activities with paymate instead of they they use my bank to issue refund ? If this is what i understanding right, the funds will hold for 6 months and cant be issue back to buyers instead using my bank to issue refunds ? :( Now i lost the money from buyers and even douple that amounts because of refund. correct me if if my understanding was wrong.

Damn... Did they at least offer some Vaseline? They are giving it to you good! They are gonna debit your account to fulfill your refund request and hold the funds you already got. Did you already ship to these customers? If so, then yeah it's a double loss.

Not sure about them.....but when I had a chargeback on PayPal, all they could do was put my PP account in the negative (and block use) until I paid it off, even though there was money in the bank account.
