Lizard thats a good idea but if they dont buy it im screwed, like I couldnt come back few days later with recipts I said I didnt have.

Ballsack they limited my account before I had even added a bank account! I was verified and trading for a month and a half before they limited me.

For supplier info I guess I would have to give them a mates email?

Thought about giving them a call but being in New Zealand it would cost to much, im guessing you have to wait at least 20 min just before you talk to someone. Might have to do this any way to tell them I have no recipts/invoices if I decide to go down that road.

Any more tips?

There seems to be an art to dealing with paypal.

PayPal has toll-free numbers from most countries: or for the cost of a local
call. However watch out for these reasons. You get transferred to the USA.
The phone line quality is not always good. The operators that you get to speak
to speak 'American English'. They are not good at speaking any other type of
English. They also want to know ALL sorts of things {including how your parents
meet}.....get the picture. Unless you are desperate maybe pass on the phone.

I completed the whol laundry list of requested items. One of the tracking numbers I sumbitted was incorrect, so I corrected it. Still no response to my limit lifting request.

Because you are being punished. In their eyes you have not waited long enough for any reply. If they can take 180 days to refund monies, do not think they
are going to lift the limit quickly because you have supplied a laundry list. Heck,
that might seem like they care about you.

Believe me, I know how PayPal goes. Still waiting for a reply after 4 days, but remember they will respond within 24 hours.

They limited one of my accounts. I had to change my password, security questions and confirm location. I had withdrew $10.00 and paid Ebay $30.00.

I got an email saying that my limit was lifted. But, it is not the case. Reversed my withdrew. Ebay still hasn't received their payment.

It really would be better if they put withdrawal restrictions on account, and TOLD people about it. Rather than waiting for them to TRY and withdraw a large amount, which paypal will never let a new user do, and result in an account limitation.

I don't know why they keep it all so secret, and then decide to suprise people with a limiation.

Depends on how old it is. Over a grand on an old account might be risky. If it has your real info you can get it reinstated. The thing is PP wants their interest on your money.

Sadly Paypal will do exactly what it wants: it will apply variations of its rules to
each and every one using its {lack of} service. Being part of our nemesis the best you can do is be careful, watch every transaction and try not to raise flags. What happens to one paypal a/c may not happen to another.
I tend to agree that an older account with little transactions can go better.
The responsibility is yours: you must operate the account well.

You GOT to admit that it's alot more fun to limit someone's account suddenly as they're withdrawing to their bank account.

Well ebay didnt buy my 'invoices' lol

And now they want all individual invoices and tracking numbers. (at first they only wanted a few)

Well I guess im just going to send them the real invoices from the dodgey asian interent wholesale company but I have a feeling they wont buy them either.

HI, Soul:
Have you tried to upload the Pics of the inventory for Paypal? its much easier..
You just need to show them you actually are sitting on the inventory, on hand..

As ebayhateluv stated in earlier posts, go to a stock area, and use your cell phone to take photos.

I havent uploaded any picks because they had not asked. Seems as though im going to have to call them and beg them to accept the invoices while offering them pictures.

What would happen if I were to admit I was a dropshipper? would they ban me but let me withdraw my money?

I've just had my limit lifted with uploading only photos. When they see proof of your inventory, they will usually lift your limit.

I'm sure you can find a cheeky photo online somewhere of some inventory that could be yours..

After about 2 weeks, they finally responded to me. The escalation department says they are looking at my information. I guess I am on double secret probation.
