How to return instant payment

Hello! Is there any way to return instant payment. I've got one before my account was closed and I want to return it (I don't want them on hold).

So your account got limited and you want to return it to the buyer? If so then just hit refund.

The buyer send me instant (personal) payment. So I can't just refund them. Have anybody dealed with such situation?
The very stupid thing is - If I don't send the item to the buyer, I'll just get additional 3400$ after 180 days hold I told paypal about this, but staff admit that it doesen't matter

If you can't auto-refund, you will need to call Paypal to have an agent do the refund.

I have had that happen twice. When I was limited I was not allowed to make any refunds, I had to have the buyer do a chargeback.
