Paypal Link to Ebay account

Hello, If you have a PERFECT ebay account, and a bad paypal account, what happens if you create a new paypal account and use it with the good ebay account?

You have a good chance of killing the new paypal account.

Overflow of that is the perfect ebay account may be hurt too.

Not a wise move long term.

You need to start fresh.... That ebay account is no good anymore. Some will say "yes" attach mew account and run it till it dies. That is very short term if at all though. Best to start fresh.
