Paypal Limited

I listed my sisters iPhone 4s 2 days ago on eBay but yesterday, she said she didn't want to sell it.

Somebody had already purchased the iPhone but I refunded them and explained the situation to them and they said it was ok.

My Paypal got limited and they're asking for these things:

Bank Account Statement
Proof of Address
Provide Invoices
Supplier Contact Info
Provide Business information
Provide proof of delivery

I can do all of them except proof of delivery, Provide Invoices and Supplier Contact Info.

How do I restore access to my account if I cannot provide invoices and supplier contact info.

Please help me

Welcome to the forum, You can send them what you have and call paypal and explain that you refunded the customer, sure they will need to know why.

hey sentinel don't be nervous. Just have all the information in front of you for the stealth account and call. Some people here call paypal 30 times a day and know half the employees names on this forum.

You wont get anywhere if you dont ask, Usually if you get passed the automated part on the phone call, they only ask you to confirm your name on the account.
What have you got to lose if its already gone?

Ok, I rang Paypal a few minutes ago and an Irish lady answered the phone.

I told her my story about the listing and she said that I don't need to fill anything else(including proof of address and proof of bank) and my account is now under review and I'll get a email in the next 24hrs.

Does this mean my account will go back to normal?

Also, does anyone know her name so if I ring back because my account didn't get restored because of insufficient things, I can refer to her?

Always write down your conversation, names, date etc.

No way of knowing, 50/50 from here.

there are paypal employees on this forum? is that good or bad?
