Default Time for withdrawal, stay stealth (IP) or doesnt matter?

So, a few accounts I have have passed the 180 days time and its time for withdrawal. Should I still try to stealth (random proxy tbh) or it doesnt matter and I might as well use the home network (atleast IP doesnt change all the time and the ip is the same as for the country the pp acc was registered in). I used hotspot shield which just generated random US IP-s

Really it doesnt matter BUT make sure you take the same steps to ensure that other NEW and UNLINKED accounts remain linkfree not hard to do

Okay. I have around 10 limited accounts, which 3-4 of them are available for withdrawal. I added a credit card for the first one and was able to withdraw. I also added a credit card (and confirmed) for the second one, but I can only enter the withdrawable amount, but there is not "withdraw" or "continue" button. I also tried on the third account. I have now 5-6 limited accounts linked to my IP. Does waiting help or should I try to contact paypal?
Yes over 180 days have passed. I think around 190 should be now and the account says there are funds available for withdrawal. Also the resolution centre says I can withdraw.

10?

You can withdraw all you want using any method. Just make sure it isn't thru any IP or source you still have good Stealths.

5-6 accounts linked to the same IP address?

Could be a major issue for you.

Yeaaaah... There was a reason why I have asked if it does matter. Anyways, could anyone give suggestions?

Listen - very risky linking but if there is no withdrawal button, you might have to get your information in order and call up Paypal.

If you dont NEED the money so quickly, I would wait another few weeks - see if the button appears

Should I try in few weeks with my old IP or should I use random proxy or should I just use mobile tethering?

5-6 accounts all on the same IP ( & ?VPN) may still raise flags with paypal.

Whatever else you do, go slowly. paypal can still stop paying you out if they are concerned.
