I can confirm id thats easy!

I've done ID and address for over 20 accounts the last 5 weeks and I can tell you that after sending all of them 2 of them are done forever they said even when I called in. They requested more proof, so I did Drivers ID, more bills with the address and in the end they said the account is gone forever due to their system and them not being able to verify. When yet they had 2 sets of photo ID and 2 bills + credit card statement.

So I just dropped them both.
