UK PayPal got limited, help me!

So I sold something on Sellfy and right after, I get an email saying that my PayPal account got limited because:

"We're concerned that someone is using your PayPal account without your knowledge."

I followed the steps in order to remove the limitation, I guess but the third step is just blocking me from unlimiting my PayPal.

They want to call me to verify my identity. What questions do they ask when they call?

It is normally an automated call. You usually need an area-specific landline number for this type of limitation.

Yeah, I think they don't call mobile numbers but landline instead.

You enter a PIN number. There are no questions.

Are you sure that's all they need?

Without seeing the actual limitation on your account it is impossible to say.

If it is a "Confirm Location" limitation then it is fully automated and you won't speak to anyone. Completing the steps successfully will result in the account being restored without a manual review.

I'm fairly sure it's automated. Only way to find out is take the call. If a real person is on the other end just hang up (if that's what you plan to do).
