I haven't drawn that conclusion, or offered any advice based on any conclusion, I summarised yours and dmshark's advice and merely pointed out that 'lot of nonsense' was unfair.

I said let's (let us, more than one person) not jump to conclusions, i didnt say you particularly.

Why is it unfair? he was not offering his own experiences he was telling others what they need to do as if he is Paul Donahoe.

What he said is nonsense because he is wrong, this may be his way of working and that's fine, he can sell lollipops for 6 months to be absolutely sure if he wants.
