Is sending FAX always possible?

When you are being hit by a limitation you can get either

1) an older version , where you can send documents via fax, like this




2) a new version , the orange one, where you can only upload.




can you bypass this and send docs from a fax machine?

Why you want to send them via fax?

If this is a workaround solution for poor quality document I suggest to revise your strategy. Get proper documents and upload them.

PayPal will keep the limitation on your account until they are happy with the docs you submit.

I found fax to be unreliable at the best of times and to always increase the amount of time they took to actually get to it... Uploading docs is much more efficient.
