| Ok, I know for a while I was having to do the same but in my case they wanted me to phone verify before withdrawing.
Are you using separate user accounts or VMWares? |

| I'm using VMWare. Running 10 accounts here none of them has the same issue.

| Try to withdraw the same amount as you did last time, then add it up slowly. I had no issue when I withdraw 60, but if I tried to withdraw 100, this messages pops out. So I back to 60, and slowly add up 10$ every time, now I can withdraw 100$ without any problem. |

Call to PayPal do not change anything, they tell me all is ok with the account.
Do not want to call them second time :o) |
