Your account probably doesn't apply here. Must of us with this problem (I'm assuming) have newer, stealth accounts. All of mine are newer, stealth accounts.

No Email from PayPal, not other indications as to why, and no holds on the funds, just returned to my PayPal Account Balance. Anyone else have this experience?
Just happened to me, too! This is different from the "your transfer is delayed" issue.... no email, no mention of "declined" just if you look into the details it politely mentions it didn't go through because of a technical error.

I transferred 200 once, then a week later another 200, and a week later logged in to transfer another 200 and realized (when I saw a high balance) that the previous 2 withdrawals didn't happen, and were cancelled. Great account, no issues, but this just happened to me too, so to read your post is kind of a relief... they are probably implementing something new that triggers this, or else somehow they are detecting mismatched names maybe....? My thing happened with BOA. What bank did you use?

Anyway it was happening to me with every transfer, and took about 1 additional day for transfer to be completed. Last night it stopped all of a sudden and transfers are made within 2 hrs. Weird. Hopefully its gone for good.

I just got the 72 hour problem myself. How long did it take you to get your money getting the 72 hour message? I still got the email processing your request and all.

It must be your account is under scrutiny, like mine. Most other people here got the 24 hrs when I looked through the thread.

For the past month or so I see the "Your transfer is delayed" message with exclaimation point on every transfer. Funds are going to Wells Fargo and typically showing within 24 to 48 hours despite that message.

Not exactly sure what is triggering this message, but some people are experiencing it and others not. I have two other accounts NOT getting this message, but the others (which are all connected to eBay) are.

I suspect it might have something to do if you get funds from eBay in the account, maybe?

Did you actually link the paypal account to eBay? The accounts you don't have a problem with, are those older accounts? Seems I am experiencing these types of accounts, 2 months or younger.

So from my experience it's been because they don't quite trust the account fully. It's under 90 days old and it's only had a few transfers before or it's your first one. If all goes successfully, meaning they do transfer it and don't limit your account, you may get it a few more times. But once the system is used to your patterns, you've had more transfers processed, and the account ages a lil with no problems ie charge backs or cases, then it starts giving you a green check mark and transfers it quickly.
Hope that helps

Yes, age of the account does not matter. In fact, I'm seeing this message on accounts 6 and 9 years old respectively. The others that are NOT getting the delayed message at w/d are NOT linked to eBay and are much younger accounts.

I think the message has something to do either that the funds were from eBay, or the accounts link to eBay may trigger it. That's just been my observation.

Who knows...mine is linked to a SUSPENDED and a limited eBay account and I'm not getting delays. But I'm gonna quit bragging, that's for sure!
