Paypal wants to send text or call and it doesn't work? help?

They said paypal’s System does the look up etc. what sucks is having multiple accounts that have money in them that you can’t move out of the account if you wanted to until you call PayPal... then you know what happens from there.

Why don't you just withdraw the money to your bank account makes life much easier
