Payment held beyond 21 days
Hello everyone, I have stumbled upon a very strange issue
I started a new latvian business PayPal account over a month ago. Sold my first item on it the 9th of November, got the usual 21 day hold. I uploaded tracking number 10th of November expecting the release date to change from 30 November to 24 November but it did not change at all. At first I thought it was just a mere glitch and that it would sort itself out. It's now 1st December, meaning it's been over 21 days and I have still not had the money released.
I emailed customer support but they have been unresponsive earlier, so I don't know if they'll help me this time either. I can't call in as I am in Sweden and not in Latvia. What are my options? Solutions? Anyone else ever been in my situtation before? Please help me, I am going crazy.
