new paypal getting limited

hey guys
so i have created a paypal acc /stealth one/ and bought a vcc to verify it, right after entering the vcc, they limited /asking for id and utility bill/ the acc. i dunno why this really happened that fast, cuz im no expert when it comes to paypal ****. anyways how can i resolve this, and avoid getting limited

it happens because you VPN/proxy is low quality or vcc is in different (very different) currency. Lets say your paypal is USD and your VCC is BGN - so they think that something is wrong and asks for verification. You must to submit all info they require and i suggest to CALL them that you are done usually it not takes long to confirm everything

i have EU currency in it, and the vcc is Moroccan. That might be the cause. where can i get these docs cheap please ..? seen some sources they ask for 60dollars lol
