Inad paypal case help
This is kinda a crazy situation. I sold a $60 hair item and the buyer opened a INAD case because the box was open. It automatically accepted the return so I was waiting for a return that never came. PayPal closed the case in the buyers favor because "I didn't respond the case". The chat rep swore up and down that I loss the case because i didn't respond so when I showed proof i did respond, he changed it to I'm not covered by seller protection in this case. The email said the buyer must return the item and they didnt, so what can I do about this or get my funds back? If anyone knows the policy real well, is there anything i can say to a rep?
