Let's suppose some someone send me paypal payment to an email address that is NOT linked to a PayPal account.
PayPal usually sends email to claim payment. Can I login using my existing paypal email so that the payments go to my original account?
Is that OK?

you need to confirm the same new email id to your paypal account, you will receive the payment but makes a risky step

You would have to add that email address account to PayPal account then accept it for the account to get credited

Is that OK? | You can link this mail to your existing paypal account, then verify this new email and accept this payment.... but this action marked as fraud for paypal.. so.. if your existing paypal account aged, have good history, etc no problem for you. If your paypal account not aged your account can be limited ))) Hope you will choose correct decision))

The reason for that is that I am getting court orders to limit my accounts( I am not here to explain why I am getting court orders LOL).
So sometimes I have like 1000-2000 in my account and get hit by court order which is a big loss.
Some people are placing ⊗⊗⊗⊗ orders on my site just to know my paypal account and then forward my account for court to get an order to close the account. So I was thinking to get around this By accepting payment to nonregistered (intermediary account/ email). after that I can claim my payments later and and if someone placed ⊗⊗⊗⊗ order i will NOT lose my original account. i will just lose the unclaimed amounts.
However, this seems to me impossible for checkout payments. It works only on Paypal 2 paypal payments where paypal sends you an email to claim your payments.

Pretty easy to get paypal to limit an account. You don't need to go to the extent of court either |

Thing is the less we know what's up the less we can give effective advice.
I don't know how your country works, but court orders?
Based on this the assumption would be you are pirating high end brands.
Even if you are not, is it possible to use a bank credit card processor instead of PP to mitigate future issues?

Whatever payment processor I use with the court order they obtain, they are able to terminate whatever account i have ( Google Pay/PayPal/Payoneer.... etc)
For me PayPal is the best option since I am able to run money anonymously.
