Who is running a business PayPal account?

Currently using stealth but family member's info, wanting to switch to business so they don't send tax 1099 form to their SSN.

Do I just make an EIN or TIN?

What type of business Individual/sole proprietorship, Partnership, LLC, Corporation?

Will paypal verify EIN/TIN matches account holder's name (family member's name)?

I always use EIN.

the type is dependant on what taxes you want to pay. LLC is what I go with

You can use SSN as alternate to EIN.
