Buyer filed claim but left positive feedback on eBay
I had a buyer that already left positive feedback on a transaction. A week later, filed a not as described claim. After escalating it to a PayPal claim and stating I will issue a full refund after the item is returned, I called PayPal and asked if I could add to the claim the buyer already left positive feedback, "item as described".
Will PayPal look at that and has anyone else had this problem? Which way did PayPal favor?
