I cant generate Paypal Donate "Email link"

I have Paypal Premier (Verified) but i cant generate Paypal Donate "Email link" ... i found some Html codes for donations but cant find any for Donate via email link :(

^^ here is not option for Donate CODE/Link :S

Doesn't work all the time . You end up having to contact paypal.
They get 'nosey' about why you are attempting to use the link too.

And dont think 'donations' are going to let you escape getting holds. paypal monitors even donations.
