eBay account suspended but not the paypal

My ebay account got suspended but not my paypal account. I can use my girl friend's eBay account but I wanted to know if there is a way for me to link my paypal to her ebay account without ebay getting any info, I mean like a 3rd party because my paypal account is in great condition. I had 1000's of transaction every week.
