I've been getting this error on all of my new accounts. I'm doing the same as usual.

I heard they are starting to blacklist metabank, I have couple accounts that use them and workin fine but others have mentioned that Paypal is not excepting , rather metabank doesn't want to deal with Paypal due to fraudulent chargebacka

That's pretty much what I figured. I just wanted to post and see if anyone else is running into this roadblock as of ~24 hours ago.

I think US VBA's for CA accounts is dead, or they're working on something right now.

MetaBank: fail
BOA: Fail
Chase: Fail

Yeah, they might be working on something... hopefully.

This all started less than a day ago, so I guess there's still a chance it's a problem and they're working on it.

For the microdeposits? Wow about BoA and Chase - Metabank is very dangerous and can instantly lead to limitation.

Anybody actually able to add a US VBA to CA Paypal? I've been trying different things to try and pinpoint the problem and no luck.

When I add a CA bank account, that goes perfectly fine. I think adding a US bank account is DEAD.

I just did a British Colombia paypal & attached a US bank account fine.

Not on VPS.

Did you use one of the common "cheap" VBA's?
