Literacy might have escaped me but stealth has not. I would tell you what i think of you but paypal might find out or even worse someone else might say the same thing and ruin it for all of us. He did share this method with me. However, following the method 100% as explained, it did not work for me. Still got the account limitations as soon as I received the first payment/transaction.

He has said, however, it works for him even on new accounts created just a couple days ago, but it definitely does NOT work for me.

Always take what people tell you with a grain of salt, people claim a lot of things but it doesn't mean they will always work.
