You can try to add a China paypal to US ebay account,this works for me,but a little risky as it is discussed in the forum.

There are 4 steps to get items free on ebay:
step 1:open return(choose sellers, reason)
step 2:wait!
step 3:ask cs to step in
step 4:cs refunded the buyer!
We can not get shipping label from...

Try China paypal account,you do not even need to pay tax and you can also transfer your money to your US bank account,but not sure if it works when name mismatches.

Yeah,you will also have to send them screenshots of both ebay and paypal registration info after several withdraw,they will decline to open your US payment service if your info on ebay and paypal...

I used to link a stealth US ebay account to China Paypal They are still alive. US paypal requires SSN,I Know EIN works,but i do not want to do that,i do not even live in the US and have no obligation...

This return policy has long been frustrating for sellers outside of the US.
There is no label from our postal office.
As far as i know,lots of buyers take advantage of this policy to scam Chinese...
