It varied. From my own experience if you ever surpass $5000 on any given day you get flagged and put into a manual review. Thats one threshold you always want to stay below, IMO.

Whatever makes you feel comfortable. :noidea: As long as you show slow gradual growth there is no reason to limit yourself to any $ amount.
I wouldn't bank on the docs.

From what I know it is a standard thing and in most cases the freeze is removed.
There are no certainties with ebay though so do NOT sell while this block is on.
