Rarely in the UK are letters sent out anymore.

Limits increases will come so long as you have high DSR, good feedback and sell to your limits.

That depends on what the value of the goods you are importing is.

Always make sure that the correct value appears on the import invoice to ensure the correct amount of tax is paid.

As it (like all packages entering most countries) must go through customs. So it might/likely will.

The carrier doesn't matter. Its the weight and item.
