Your IP address, at best, can be traced to your ISP, not your home address. There is nothing about an IP address in and of itself that gives away location data. There are companies that track which...

No, because different IP devices, such as MIFI and Phone tethering will access IPs from all over the place. Not everyone uses a home-based modem and router to access the internet.

From what I can see, they store the info in their database and forward it to your device to fill in the blanks on a form. Doesn't look like it passes through eBay servers like a auctiva token...
