A 5/500 account can be raised to 500/50,000 within 6 months if you just sell your normal stuff up to your limit each month and give the best possible customer service. Sounds like you already have...

We are the ninjas. eBay is the mark.

I also log out of the current acct then log in the next user acct. I grab a fresh IP as well. I never shut down all the way for acct swapping.
